The Shopwaive Development team has released a powerful new advanced tool for Flow automations. Teams can now use Shopwaive's new Send HTTP Request action to send HTTP requests and receive response payloads with variables that may be used downstream in your Flow. You can make external requests to your endpoints or other 3rd parties, receive a response payload, and define a schema that extracts variables from the response that you can use elsewhere in downstream actions inside. Send customer payloads to Shopify Flow

The Shopwaive Development team has released a powerful new advanced tool for customer profiles. Customer service teams, brand developers, and web development teams can use Shopwaive's new Send HTTP POST payload tool on any customer profile page from within the Shopwaive app. Just setup an automation in Shopify Flow, and then trigger it from the customer's profile page.

This feature is designed to mimic an API request to the Shopify Flow environment. Instead of setting up an HTTPS request on your own servers, you simply define your payload body and click Send payload to send data inputs to your Shopify Flow automation. Then use Shopify Flow's Conditional blocks to design logic and route the automation based on the inputs you sent. All this is made possible using Shopwaive's HTTP POST trigger, which receives the payload you send from the customer's profile page. Simply create any Flow using Shopwaive's HTTP POST trigger and any payload you send will be sent to this Flow for processing. Learn more

Flow action for native Shopify store credit

The Shopwaive Development team is excited to announce release of the native Shopify store credit action for Shopify Flow. This new action is available from the Shopify Flow app and can be paired with the Send email Flow action to send an email with the native Store credit amount credited to the customer. The Shopwaive Development team previously released native Shopify store credit features for customer service teams to issue within the Shopwaive Admin app. Now, we've extended this capability to automations in Shopify Flow to unlock powerful work flows that issue credit when new products are purchased and much more. Issue and email native Shopify store credit

The Shopwaive Development team has released a new powerful tool that allows customer service teams to issue store credit to customers native Shopify store credit balance, all within the Shopwaive admin app. What's even more? Customer service teams can send a custom branded email with a description of the reason for credit and a backlink to your brand's storefront to encourage redemption.

When customer's receive native Shopify store credit from the Shopwaive app, they can use the convenient Apply store credit checkbox at Checkout to redeem. Email templates can be designed and saved in the Shopwaive app with merge tags like {{previous}}, {{adjustment}}, {{total}}, and {{expires}} to reference a customer's native Shopify store credit previous balance, adjustment, new balance, and if or when it expires. Affiliate Referral program

GET Actions API endpoint

The Shopwaive Development team has released a new API endpoint to complement the existing endpoints of the Action API. Now, developers can search actions by including any combination of query key value pairs id,email,created_at_min, or created_at_max appended to the /api/actions request. A maximum of 250 records per request are returned in the response body. Learn more

Group offers at checkout

The Shopwaive Development team has released a new feature for the Offers solution. Brands can now conveniently group offers by similar name by defining a string for the Group offers by similar name setting which groups all offers that contain this string. For example, offers earned in a Loyalty program may all contain a title with string "Loyalty".

If customers earn 100s of these deposits, you can group them in a single line at Checkout with the Shopwaive Redeem Checkout extension.

Cash out options for Shopify Plus

Shopify Plus brands can offer customers, employees, B2B customers, or vendors maximum flexibility on Shopwaive Cash and Credit accounts by extending the super convenient ability to cash out their credit. Your customers will love this new feature that allows spending their wallet on new merchandise and with cash out options such as requests for direct deposits to their preferred banking institution and/or debit card on file.

Brands can approve, reject, or refund cash out requests from customers. Additional fees apply.
