Cash out options for Shopify Plus

With Shopwaive, Shopify Plus brands can now offer customers, employees, B2B customers, or vendors maximum flexibility on cash and credit accounts by extending the ability to cash out their credit. Your customers will love this new feature that allows spending their wallet on new merchandise, and with cash out options such as a scheduling a direct deposit to their preferred banking institution and/or debit card on file.

Brands can approve, reject, or refund cash out requests from customers. Additional fees apply.

All requests require approval and are routed to the customers' profile page in Shopwaive where you can take action like approve and send funds, reject the request without sending funds, or refund the requested amount to their account if the request was made in error, for example. Note, when a request is made, the amount of the request is frozen and debited from the customers account until you take action
